The King Land Hotel (Jinglan Dajiudian) is located within the borders of Jinghong City Tourism Resort in the business center of Xishuangbanna.

The architectural style, the layout and the décor of the hotel are all typical of Dai minority ethnic group. There are two sculptures of elephants at the entrance of the hotel. 12 kinds of national totems can be seen on the upper part of the gate of the lobby. Three manmade elephant heads spout water on either side of the gate. Peacock feather and lotus patterns form mosaics are on the floor in the lobby while a large lotus flower adorns the lobby ceiling. Xishuangbanna-style paintings are displayed behind the reception desk and the hotel staff greet guests in the special way unique to Dai Nationality.

The hotel offers 168 rooms, among which there are 123 standard rooms, 16 king bed rooms, eight twin bed rooms and 19 executive king bed rooms and two executive suites on the executive floor. An executive lobby is also available on the executive floor.

The hotel has a Chinese restaurant and nine private dining rooms, offering Cantonese cuisine and local dishes. There is also a Western restaurant and a bar.

The hotel's other facilities include 14 KTV rooms, a gift shop, a business center and an outdoor swimming pool.
